1. Scope of Services

The Company offers a range of building maintenance services, including

  • Plumbing & Sanitary Installation
  • Floor & Wall Tiling Works,
  • Painting Contracting
  • Carpentry & Wood Flooring Works
  • False Ceiling & Light Partitions Installation
  • Sanitary Installation & Pipes Repairing
  • Plaster Works
  • Steel Products Installation & Maintenance
  • Fencing & Barbed Wire Installation Works
  • Glass & Aluminium Installation & Maintenance

2. Service Agreements

2.1 Quotation and Acceptance: A written quotation will be provided for requested Services. Acceptance of the quotation constitutes agreement to these Terms.

2.2. Amendments: Any modifications to the agreed scope of work must be mutually agreed upon in writing.

Payment Terms

3.1. Invoicing Invoices: will be issued upon completion of Services or as per the agreed payment schedule.
